is the Board Chair and Co-founder of Follow The Need International. He is a financial executive with a broad background with an emphasis on business development and finance for both private and nonprofit organizations. He has been a CEO and CFO for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise oversight in the financial field. But as importantly, Mr. Vilain is a strong believer that faith without works is dead. He has spent several decades volunteering his time and pursuing philanthropic work. His mission is to advance the kingdom of God by providing both humanitarian aid and spiritual transformation that will have a lasting impact.
Ben Randall
is Vice President of the organization, with years of experience in managing the activities of non-profit organizations. He is a licensed and ordained minister whose pastoral ministry began as the Administrator of a large Northern California church. Later he founded and pastored New Hope Christian Fellowship evangelical church for 17 years. Mr.Randall not only served in the US Army but also served a decade as a police officer/police Chaplain. He was also a volunteer Chaplain at San Quentin State Prison
Tommy Taylor
is a director of the organization; he is experienced in managing the activities on non-profit organizations. After serving 27 years and retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer, he served with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for 21 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is also a graduate of The FBI National Academy in Quantico Virginia. He has served on Non-profit Boards as well as a chair. Some of the organizations include The Boy and Girls Club, Big Brother and Big Sister, The YMCA, Bahama Village, Neighborhood Improvement Association just to mention a few. Mr. Taylor has spent his life in service to Country and Community trying to make a positive difference to humanity.
Lila Vilain
is the Executive Director and Founder of Follow The Need International. She is also known as “Sergeant Lila”, relentless and on a mission from God. After 30 years of business experience as a publisher and executive, Lila answered the call from God and has never turned back. She has been supporting and actively involved in multiple charities on a local and international level. She has received multiple awards for her role in filling needs of the Salvation Army and others. In addition, after a trip to Uganda and South Sudan, God showed her his treasures as she asked, “break my heart for what breaks yours”. She is intent to follow the need wherever God points, bringing her innovative and passionate leadership to advance the kingdom of God.
